We'll make pretty much whatever you want in a cake - chocolate, yellow, white, banana, carrot... whatever tickles your fancy.   And we'll fill and ice it pretty much however you want it iced.   One of our recent favorites is Carrot Cake filled with a caramel sauce and iced with cream cheese icing.   We also loved the rich yellow genoise that we filled with lemon curd and iced with a traditional but very lemony buttercream.   Most of the time we make single layer,  filled sheet cakes, but let us know what you want.  We'll do it.
