King Arthur Flour - whenever I get the chance I visit their wonderful Vermont store and mill.  I subscribe to their Baker's Sheet newsletter (you should, too).  And Ilove their bread flour.  They also make a dense, brown bread (for sale only occasionally in their store) called volksbrot.  They refuse to give up the recipe.  Harumph.Charlie's Produce - my produce purveyor whenever I'm in the food service business.Their website contains very useful seasonal availability and news for anybody interestedin really fresh produce.
